Orange Oil Cake

Ingredients

  1. 5 ~ Eggs
  2. 3 c ~ Granulated Sugar
  3. 1 1/2 c ~ Orange Juice
  4. 3 1/2 c ~ Flour
  5. 2 tsp ~ Salt
  6. 1 1/2 c ~ Oil (fruity if possible)
  7. 1 1/2 tsp ~ Baking Powder
  8. Orange Zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F
  2. Grease and flour a 12 cup bundt pan
  3. Whip the eggs and sugar until the mixture starts to lighten and cream
  4. Add salt, zest, and powder
  5. Alternate oil and flour (ending with flour)
  6. Fold in the juice
  7. Bake for 1 1/4 hours

Banana Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  1. 1 ~ Banana (ripe)
  2. 3 tbsp ~ Granulated Sugar
  3. 1 tsp ~ Vanilla
  4. 1 c ~ Dark Chocolate
  5. 1 c ~ Heavy Cream
  6. 2 ~ Egg Whites

Instructions

  1. Put the bowl and whisk into the freezer for ~10 min before you start
  2. Mash the banana and melt the chocolate
  3. Whip the egg whites until they foam
  4. Separately, whip the cream until stiff adding in the sugar, salt, and vanilla as you go
  5. Fold everything together and refrigerate for 2 hours

  1. 2 1/2 c ~ Flour
  2. 3 1/2 c ~ Rolled Oates
  3. 1/2 tsp ~ Baking Soda
  4. 1/2 tsp ~ Baking Powder
  5. 1 c ~ Butter

  7. 1/2 c ~ Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat to 350 F
  2. Combine softened butter, eggs, both sugars, and cream until color lightens
  3. Add vanilla, powder, soda, salt, and spices
  4. Add flour
  5. Fold in oats, raisins, and nuts
  6. Bake for 10 minutes

Banana Bread/Muffins

  1. 3 ~ Bananas
  2. 2 tbsp ~ Honey
  3. 1 1/2 tsp ~ Baking Soda
  4. 1 stick ~ Butter
  5. 3/4 c ~ Brown Sugar
  6. 1 tsp ~ Vanilla
  7. 2 ~ Eggs
  8. 2 c ~ Flour
  9. Cinnamon, salt, nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat to 350 F
  2. Whisk together both sugars, softened butter, eggs until they lighten
  3. Mash the bananas and mix them in
  4. Incorporate vanilla and honey
  5. Add salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg
  6. Grease the pan, and bake for ~50 minutes
  • To turn into muffins, add a splash of milk, more baking soda, 1/2 c flour, an extra banana, 1/4 c coco powder
  • Bake at 450 F for 2 minutes and then lower to 350 F for 5 minutes

  1. 2 tbsp ~ Butter
  2. 1/2 c ~ Coco Powder
  3. 3 c ~ Flour
  4. 2 tsp ~ Baking Soda
  5. 2 c ~ Orange Juice
  6. 1 1/2 c ~ Sugar
  7. 3/4 c ~ Mayo
  8. 1 tsp ~ Vanilla
  9. 2 tbsp ~ Honey
  10. Orange zest, salt, cinnamon
Glaze:
  1. 4:1 Powdered sugar and coco
  2. 3:1 Powders and orange juice
  3. Add a little zest

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and put a little coco powder in it
  2. Use this paste on a 12 cup bundt pan
  3. Preheat to 350 F
  4. Mix sugar, mayo, honey, and vanilla
  5. Add in salt and cinnamon
  6. Alternate flour, coco, and orange juice
  7. Bake for 45 minutes
Note:
  • This is sort of a chiffon, so you'll have to flip this out of the pan ~2 minutes after it comes out

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugars
  2. Add egg and fluff until it lightens
  3. Add peanut butter, vanilla, baking soda, salt
  4. Mix in flour
  5. cover and refrigerate until set (~1 hr)
  6. Preheat to 350 F
  7. Roll into balls, make sure they stay cold
  8. Roll in sugar
  9. Bake for 10 minutes
  10. Immediately, press the kisses into the cookies after you pull them out

  1. 5 ~ Eggs (4 yolks, 1 whole)
  2. 1/4 c ~ Sugar
  3. 6 tbsp ~ Butter (melted)
  4. 3/4 c ~ Buttermilk
  5. 4 c ~ Flour
  6. 2 1/4 tsp ~ Yeast
  7. Salt
  8. Oil
Filling
  1. 1 c ~ Brown Sugar
  2. 1 1/2 tbsp ~ Butter
  3. Cinnamon
  4. Cumin
  5. Nutmeg

Icing
  1. 1/4 c ~ Cream Cheese
  2. 3 tbsp ~ Milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the wets for the dough
  2. Add 1/2 the flour and yeast
  3. Alternate the rest of the flour and sugar
  4. Knead until tacky (8 min)
  5. Let double in a warm place for ~ 2 hours in an oiled bowl
  6. Roll out the dough into the sheet and coat in the filling
  7. Roll it up and cut it, and set them in a covered buttered dish to rest overnight in the fridge
  8. Preheat to 350 F, and boil some water
  9. Bake for 30 minutes

  1. 1 1/4 c ~ Warm Milk
  2. 1 1/2 tsp ~ Dry Active Yeast
  3. 1/3 c ~ Sugar
  4. 3 1/2 c ~ Flour
  5. 1 ~ Egg

Instructions

  1. Bloom the yeast in the milk with sugar
  2. Mix in 1 1/2 c of the flour with butter and the egg
  3. Slowly add the rest of the flour until the dough forms
  4. Knead or hook the dough for around 6 minutes
  5. Rest for 34-40 minutes, then punch down
  6. Heat oil to 370 F
  7. Roll into rectangles and cut into pillows
  8. Fry until done, then coat in sugar and honey to serve immediately

  1. Make a caramel
  2. Add in the nuts
  3. It should harden quickly (this isn't a typical caramel)
Cookie
  1. Brown butter
  2. Cream eggs, sugars, and butter until they lighten
  3. Add in vanilla, powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves
  4. Pulse praline and incorporate 3/4 of it into the flour
  5. Add flour mix to butter mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat to 375 F, and line a 15x10x1 with parchment
  2. Whip eggs and sugar until it's light
  3. Fold in the rest of the cake ingredients
  4. Bake for 10 minutes
  5. Flip the cake out onto another sheet of parchment, and remove the o.g. parchment and replace it with a clean one
  6. Roll the cake and chill it while you prepare the rest of the dish
  7. Freeze the mixer bowl, then whip the cream and add in sugar
  8. In a pot, melt the butter with everything else
  9. Cook down the peaches until the sauce is nappe

Grasshopper Ice Cream Tart

  1. 1 pkg ~ Oreo's
  2. 1 pkg ~ Andes Menthe Thins
  3. 3 tbsp ~ Melted Butter
  4. 3 tbsp ~ Coco Powder
  5. 2 tbsp ~ Powdered Milk
Filling
  1. 1 quart ~ Heavy Cream
  2. 21 oz ~ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  3. 2 tbsp ~ Mint Extract
  4. Green Food Dye
  5. Mini Chocolate Chips
Ganache
  1. 1/2 c ~ Heavy Cream
  2. 1 tbsp ~ Light Corn Syrup
  3. 1/2 c ~ Chocolate

Instructions

Torte
  1. Pulse 2/3 of the oreo's with butter, milk powder, and coco until it feels like wet sand
  2. Put into a spring form and freeze for 25 minutes
Filling
  1. Whip everything until it's good.
  2. Freeze until the crust is ready, then fold in crumbled thins and oreo's
  3. Freeze for at least 10 hours
Ganache
  1. Simmer cream, and mix in chocolate, syrup, and salt
  2. Let sit for around 5 minutes until chocolate has melted
  3. Stir, then pour over the cake
  4. Freeze until the ganache is firm to the touch

  4. Mix the pineapple juice and lemonade powder and pour over the top

  1. 1 1/2 c ~ Ginger Snap Cookies
  2. 1/4 c ~ Butter
  3. 2 tbsp ~ Brown Sugar
  4. Salt
Filling
  1. 24 oz ~ Cream Cheese
  2. 15 oz ~ Pumpkin Puree
  3. 3 ~ Eggs
  4. 1/4 c ~ Sour Cream
  5. 1 1/2 c ~ Sugar
  6. 1 tsp ~ Vanilla
  7. Cinnamon
  8. Nutmeg

Instructions

Crust
  1. Process cookies, butter, salt, and sugar
  2. Press into a spring form and freeze for 30 minutes
Filling
  1. Soften cream cheese, and beat in puree, sugar, eggs, sour cream, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg
  2. Bake like on a baking sheet with ice for 50 minutes (should be a very loose shake)
  3. Turk off oven and crack the door for around 15 minutes (should be a little loose shake)
  4. Cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 4 hours

Butterscotch Rice Krispies

Instructions

  1. Warm the oil and mix in powdered sugar to form a paste
  2. Add in coconut flakes and salt
  3. Make a caramel with the sugar and coconut oil
  4. Combine the caramel with the white chocolate and vanilla
  5. Melt the marshmallows with the butterscotch
  6. Fold in the cereal
  7. Layout in a pan for around 30 minutes

Pumpkin Dump Cake

  1. 1 box ~ Brownie Mix
  2. 15 oz ~ Pumpkin Puree
  3. 10 oz ~ Evaporated Milk
  4. 1 c ~ Brown Sugar
  5. 3 ~ Eggs
  6. 1 c ~ Butter (melted)
  7. 2 c ~ Trail Mix (nuts, blueberries, etc.)
  8. Pumpkin Spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350, and prep ramekins
  2. Whip milk, sugar, and eggs
  3. Add in the puree
  4. Fill the pan, then cover with the brownie mix
  5. Top with trail mix
  6. Pour melted butter over the top
  7. Bake till they only jiggle a little (like 35 minutes)

Black Pepper Ice Cream

Ingredients

  1. 473 ml ~ Heavy Whipping Cream
  2. 12 oz ~ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  3. 2 tbsp. ~ Powdered Sugar
  4. 1 tsp. ~ Vanilla Extract
  5. Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  6. Salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the pepper in the cream for at least 4 hours, refrigerated.
  2. Place your mixing bowl in the freezer for 25 minutes.
  3. Whip the cream in the cold mixing bowl with a hand or stand mixer to soft peaks.
  4. Mix in the powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla.
  5. Gradually spoon in the sweetened condensed milk. Between spoonfuls, whip until your whisk leaves short tracks.
  6. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours (usually I try to press air out of the mixture before freezing). You can make this all go much faster by pouring out into a 9x13 or similar flat dish.
